Error opening CREO

When I try to open CREO 10-0-3-0 I get this error, I've removed flexnet and everything, creo still won't open

That error message indicates that you need to install a newer version of FlexNet to run against 10.0.3.0.

You can download the latest FlexNet version from the PTC download page or install it from the Creo image that you used to install Creo. It is install_licemse_server.exe.
