fatal error encountered. a trace back has been written

Hello

I just have been starting to use creo 7 and got this message and creo crashes.

once i got this error now every time i try and open creo this message comes up and creo crashes.

any help would be greatly appreciated as i am shut down and not sure how to fix this.

Try to create a new cache and launch Creo. if it works then your old cache was either full or corrupted, may be.

You can also use PTC trouble shooter Creo Stability Troubleshooter (ptc.com) or contact PTC tech support.

do simple test ... login as different user and start Creo.

What release of Creo 7?

Reboot your computer before restarting Creo.

Remove ALL configuration files from loading.

Set the graphics option to the generic setting to not use your graphics card.

Update your graphics driver.

If Creo has been running before and this is a new issue, has IT installed any OS patches?
