Fatal error encountered when saving a copy of an assembly

Hi

 

I have Creo Parametric 2.0 M160, and keep getting a fatal error once I try to save a copy of an assembly.

After Creo got shut down, the copied assembly can be found in the working directory and can be opened with no issue.

Attached the traceback.

Did you ever get this resolved?  I'm having the same issue now on Creo 3.0 M050.

Hi Daniele & Rick,

 

Have you updated to a newer release or even a newer datecode of Creo Parametric 2.0 or 3.0?  Datecode M240 is available for Creo Parametric 2.0 and datecode M150 is available for Creo Parametric 3.0.

 

Please try the newer release or datecode and let me know if that helps with the exit issues.
