File Open not working in Creo 2.0

Hi All,
As of yesterday, trying to open a file in Creo 2.0 ends up with a black screen in a non-responding window. We're assuming that this has to do with a recent security update from our IT group but so far; they cannot tell us what has changed. Have any of you faced this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

If these are Win 64 clients and if config.pro option web_browser_homepage is set to something and if config.pro option windows_browser_type = ie_in_process (the default) then it could be related to this:

    Hi Randy,

Thank you for the reply. This issue is appearing on all client machines (XP and Win7). Anytime there is an Popup Window, the application stops responding.

We tried the windows_browser_type and graphics win32_gdi configs and the issue still persists. Were still digging to find out what changed...

I had the same problem and changing the graphic card settings according tohttps://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS28315solved it.
