Files loading from network drive is too slow compared to other users

For creo 10.0.5.0, while loading large assemblies from our network drive, it takes 4-5 times more time for me than the other users. Made my colleague login to my machine and run the same test. It was slow for him as well. tell us the issue is machine specific. 

Tried the first 3 resolutions from this article and still no improvements.

Is it something escalating to PTC would help?

The test of changing login on the same workstation demonstrates that it is login independent and tied to the workstation ie machine specific. 

if you tried the first 3 bullets with no significant improvement, it means that the configuration is identical machine to machine. Is it not ?

Bullet 4 has to do with your network. Do you have an IT to help you there ?
