Fixed licenses not working over remote desktop connection

More than likely an IT issue with closed firewall ports.

Contact your company's local IT support team.

I have used Wildfire at home over a VPN connection with no issues.

Might need Creo next week!

1.] Maybe PTC can offer specific "Covid 19" solution to your company.

2.] Your company can move locked license to your personal computer, temporarily.

3.] You can use Teamviewer instead of Remote Desktop Connection to access your computer at work from home personal computer.
