Flex LM - Network Licenses

Hi I'm a System Admin and not a Pro Eng user. I need to install Pro E network licensing which I believe still runs Flex LM. Does anyone know if you can install just the FlexLM portion on the same server as AutoCad's FlexLM. I'd like to just have one server running licenses for all 3 softwares
