Flexlm server for PTC not work

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M110

Server WS の Windows の更新後に、Flexlm server for PTC が立ち上がらなくなった。
2021-05ｘ64 ベースシステム用 Windows 10 Version 2004 更新プログラム (KB4023057)
2021-02 .NET Framework 3.5 及び 4.8 の累積的な更新プログラム (x64 向け Windows 10 Ver 2004用）（KB4601050)

Here are the errors that I faced
Flexlm server for PTC 開始 操作後表示される。
「ローカルコンピュータ上のFlexlm server for PTC は起動して停止しました。サービスの中には、他のサービスやプログラムで使用されていない場合は自動的に停止するものがあります。」

Flexlm server for PTC no longer launches after updating Windows on Server WS.

2021-05x64 Windows 10 Version 2004 update for base system (KB4023057)

2021-02 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 (for Windows 10 Ver 2004 for x64) (KB4601050)

Here are the errors that I faced

Flexlm server for PTC started Displayed after operation.

"The Flexlm server for PTC on your local computer has started and stopped. Some services will automatically stop if they are not used by other services or programs."
