Fwd: Port used by Pro E

Does this error mean that there's something wrong with the install and
not the port used?

This usually means the license service is down on the license server

Well after some awesome help from David I was able to track it down to
being plugged into the wrong port.
This made the last numbers of my CPU_ID change from 3C to 3E.
Thanks a bunch Dave for leading me down the right path.
