Graphic bug

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM070

When I opened the 3D model, particularly complex in shape, it ended up resembling radiation or an explosion, making it unusable. What could be the cause of this issue? Could it be due to insufficient specs on my computer? Please help.

Thanks for your relpy.
I think my graphics card driver has been updated.Should I need to reinstall?

By the way, how to force GDI? I will be greatly appreciative.

Hi,

open config.pro in Notepad and add following option at the end of the file:

graphics  win32_gdi

Start Creo and open your model. Is graphic display OK?

Hi,

in my installation it is file:

E:\PTC\Creo4_M080\Creo 4.0\M080\Common Files\text\config.pro

In your installation it is probably file:

C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 4.0\M070\Common Files\text\config.pro

You should update your graphic card driver.

Last resort mentioned to force GDI but your system should be able to leverage the GPU. What hardware are you using?
