Hatch spacing has been corrected.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150

INTRALINK：11.1 M020-CPS19
Creo：4.0 M150
If I lock a part in the workspace, I can't modify the hatch interval of that part with DRW.
Is this normal?
