HELP: License request failed for feature

Please Help!

I attended a training event for PTC as a member of my FIRST Robotics team. We spent the whole day learning about how to use the software, etc. So today when I was trying to install it, I signed up with my school, followed all the instuctions, and then installed Creo Parametric. However, whenever I try to run the program, I get this error.

If anyone has any idea what my error is, or how to fix it, that would be greatly appreciated!
