Question

Hi All, I am running a simple analysis on a sheet metal part and running into the below error message. I checked the material assignment and its from library. The same analysis will run if the slot length is small. Any thoughts?

Have you tried running a modal analysis to find the unconstrained DOF, as suggested in the last yellow warning?  This often shows the problem very clearly.
