How can I get my Creo Elements direct modeling express 6.0 to load?

I've been using version 4.0 without any problems until this week, then the license would not load.  I tried to install the new version 6.0 and still have the problem.

The software cannot find the proxy server. When I request a new license for the version 6.0, I get a 404 error that the server cannot be found.

 

Please help!

This has been reported and we are working to resolve - I will provide updates here when I have them.
