How to use a new drawing format?

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.1.0

Having some issues making a new drawing format. I've finished it but don't know how to export and make it ready for use since I can't find it when I try to open it when creating a drawing. Also having some issues getting a logo into the drawing format, gives me an error with DXF, and it seems the log hasn't been created.

Here are the errors that I faced
Invalid DXF file. See file dxf_errs.log.

What are you trying to do?

Creating a format is just a bunch of lines and some tables in Creo.

When completed, you only need to save it in order to use it. You can also create a drawing template file that includes additional information for a drawing that includes the format.

I don't think DXF is a valid format for a logo, needs to be a JPEG, I think. I removed all fancy graphical logos from our drawing formats as they are a PITA to insert and maintain.
