i can't install creo 6.0.2.0 (no problem on licensing)

the situation is in the attached picture. visual c++ is okay, a few things you dont see in the picture has been installed before. you dont see them because they are already installed. but anyway, i cant use the program now. i activated the program using student license and there is no error about activation. can you help me to fix it?

A friend of mine suggested me to try out Creo 5 and it worked. Thanks for help anyway. I dont remember what (!) is about, I should have added it. I will handle Creo 5 anyway. Thanks again!

Can you check further details by clicking on information (i) at the end of each application progress bar... ?

What OS were you trying to install Creo 6 on?

PTC stops support at certain releases.
