I get the message when launching that it's unable to start PTC platform agent

When I look at the software installer, it says that it's already installed.

    I downloaded m130 Creo 3.0 yesterday and had the same issue.  On multiple machine.  Junk.   I have installed Creo 3.0 m110 a couple dozen times, with no issue.   (Well, no install stall issues and it runs).     I notice that the name in the program files is different now.  And there are some different folders in the loadpoint, such a [shipcode].
