    Do you know how to read a manual? It is in the root folder on the CD.

    Ben,

    I think that the root of the problem is fact that M210 is not available for download. For WF5 the only datecodes available are M050 and M280.

    I was assuming he had a copy of the CD's or had previously downloaded them.

    The basic question of how to install the software is a joke. If they can't even figure that out, how do they ever expect to learn to use the software once installed.

    My 8 year old grandson knows how to install software! The 4 year old grandson is very skilled with his mom's iPad! He calls my wife all the time on it.

    Why do you need that specific build?

    WF5 is out-of-date and unsupported.

    All files created in any build of WF5 should be able to open in any other build of WF5 plus all versions of Creo.

    The problem is this:

    I have the M120 version

    my customer the M210.

    When I receive files in M210 version, they fail

    the features of revolution  for lack axis revolution !!

    Possible solution:

    1) solve the features (but there are many).

    2) the customer will pass me the installation files of the M210.

    3) try the M280 but I fear that the opposite will happen for something else.

    Unfortunately the work has to be with WF5 M210
