I tried to request for a Creo trial, but I never got a confirmation email

I need Creo to try to prove to a worksite that I am a good idea to hire, but I never got my confirmation and records essentially say that I never made a request, I tried to resubmit but I can't since my email was already registered somehow. What do I do?
