inappropriate license

I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.2.0

Good morning, when uploading the new releas and the new license file, I get an "inappropriate" error. I should point out that I also downloaded the latest license file.

    If I run into issues like this, I call my VAR (Value Added Reseller) and have them walk me through the process until the problem is resolved.

    This usually works fairly quick for me.
