Incorrect part mass

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.9.0 part mass appears incorrect. Please see screen shots with this case. I would like to know why we have 2 density values. I would like to know why "assign material" is greyed out. Here are the errors that I faced no error messages. Incorrect mass

Just guessing, you may want to check you material assignment on the part.

    Or maybe number of bodies with different materials defined.  Mass Properties Analysis would show the overall values and mass props of the bodies of the part.
