Incorrect part mass

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.9.0 part mass appears incorrect. Please see screen shots with this case. I would like to know why we have 2 density values. I would like to know why "assign material" is greyed out. Here are the errors that I faced no error messages. Incorrect mass
