Info -model produces just a white window

Something has happened to my proe wf3 installation.

When I right click a part and then do < info - model> I just get a white window.

The browser address listed is "proep://local_proesession?oid=6454.PRT&item=PART&id=6291484&action=info"

but nothing appears.

Is there a setting for this?

sometimes it happens to me too, I use Creo 9.0.5.0, have you found a solution?
