Installation Assistant won't start on Windows 10 - App can't run on your PC

I am using Creo Parametric 8.0 8.0.1.0

Installation Assistant for Creo 8.0.1.0 (setup.exe) won't run on Windows 10 Build 21H1. The error is " This app can't run on your PC - to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"

Here are the errors that I faced
This app can't run on your PC - to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher

It ran normally on previous versions of Windows 10.
