Installation Creo2 questions

Hi,

I'm trying to clean my configurations.

Does someone tell me what is the aim of ''PTC Portmapper'' directory?

I've never seen it before.



An other question is why command window that is open when I start Creo2
never close.

Last lines are :

pro_txtr=c:\ptc\graphic-library\textures

PSModulePath=C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\

ptc=c:\ptc

PUBLIC=C:\Users\Public

This Window stay on top each time I start Creo.



That're my summer interrogations.

Hi,


Portmapper service is usedfor interoperability between CADDS 5 and Creo Parametric.

To close Window, you have to add variable PTC_SUPPRESS_RESTART_AWARE="TRUE"
