Installing Creo... "License Summary" not responding to my server source

Hello,

I am trying to install Creo but after adding my source for the license summary (7788@XXXX#) I do not recieve an update for the "status" and cannot proceed. I'm not sure what to do.

I'm assuming someone saw this because I was sent a license file - thanks! It is installing now.
