Installing Student Download with

I can not enter anything into the simple license entry box where I should be typing in my product code.  Can anyone help me install my student download software?

Thanks I got it running... Can either of you tell me how to get my Precision Panel working?!  I want to input the dimension i want when drawing a line, circle, etc, but i cannot figure out how to get the precision panel on! SOS

Michaella,

Submitting a case is better idea however you can make a try by executing setup for installation using "Run as Admin" (Select setup.exe > Right click > Run as admin)
