Intelligent Fastner not working

I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0

Error message: "Customizing parts is not available in the standard version. Please contact your account manager to upgrade." when trying to add a fastner to an assembly. This was available for us in Creo 10.

Hi,

1.] compare Creo 10.0 license file with Creo 11.0 license file

2.] IFX license code = 346

3.] IFX license code may be included in Creo license INCREMENT block -OR- it can have separate INCREMENT 346 ptc_d ... block

4.] if IFX license code have separate INCREMENT 346 ptc_d ... block then parametric.psf must contain line similar to the following one

ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=YourLicenseName (346)
