Internal error when trying to make 2d drawing

In Creo Express 6. Does anyone know what generally is the cause of the internal error message (I don't get any error message code number or reason given), or what to do to prevent this. Is it possible to " refresh" my installation of Creo without deleting the whole program. THANKS

In Modeling are you in Projection mode or Perspective mode. I found that If I have modeling in Perspective mode that I get the same error. Switching Modeling to Projection mode fixes this,
