Lattice full geometry error

Hi everyone, I'm working in some lattices, normally I work with simplified geometry, for testing and visualization, and when everything is okey, I go back to lattice command, and turn from simplified to FULL GEOMETRY, I perform the lattice, but then the error occurs, any idea of what's happening?? why in simplified works and in full not.

Which computer/software application is this about?

Mathcad or Prime? Then a worksheet detailing/illustrating your question is needed.

Any other application? Move this question to an/the appropriate forum.

I think this question erroneously  ended up here in the Mathcad forum and should be moved to the Creo forum (?) by a helpful mod.
