Licence request failure creo 3.4

Hello,I'm a french student , when I want to run creo3, this message appear (the advertissment message.png). I don't kow what to do. When I installed creo3, it was with the wifi of my university, this can be the problem ? I join my ip/config :

if you want to use Creo 3.0 then goto https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp page, download Creo 3.0 installation package, unzip it and install Creo 3.0 using your existing license file (drag and drop license file into Source field).

 

C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BE400407EDSTUDENTEDK12_license.dat

>>> contains CREOPMA_SchoolSTD3 license

 

C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL_license.dat

>>> contains CREOPMA_Student3 license

Hi,

 

I did not find any problem in attached information. Please can you upload parametric.psf file located in CREO_LOADPOINT\Parametric\bin directory ? It contains information concerning license source and license name requested.

 

Error message (-5) means that license name was not found in license file.

Error message (-21) means that you are launching higher version ... in your case you have license for Creo 3.0 >>> if you try to launch Creo 4.0 using this license file, then you will get this error message.

Thank for your response. After checking the version, it's CREO 4.0. How I can downdate this ?
