Here are the errors that I faced
We get license error 7788@<license Server> unreachable

Hi,

ask your PTC reseller to resolve the problem.

Hi @ptc-4094148

There can be multiple possible reasons for this e.g.

- Server Machine is down

- No communication between server and client

- Firewall/Anti Virus application

- License manager application is down..

It would be worth providing more details.

Thanks.

This is a public forum, please do not post information that could be used to hack into your system. Revealing the name of your license server does that. Format your request like this: "License error 7788@<license_server> unreachable".

Hello @ptc-4094148

If issue is not resolved yet, I encourage you to have a look at "Unreachable" status under License Summary while installing application, like Creo section of our Creo Installation troubelshooter tool.

You'll see the possible root causes and probable way to resolution for this "unreachable" kind of error when attempting to access license server. We encourage you to give feedback on this tool (especially if useless in your specific contexct), because we would like to mantiain it, and propose all possible solutions to a given issue upon installation attempt of Felxnet-based PTC Products (like Creo).

Regards,
