license failure is showing when I open the software?

I downloaded the license..also a email is sent to me in which .DAT file is attached..please guid me what i have to do now?

You need to install the FlexNet software and modify the license file with your server information.

Which version of Creo is this?

You may try reinstalling and point the license file under license identification.
