License file does not support for Creo 12.

I am getting an error for license file does not support the version for Creo 12. I have reconfigure the installation still it is not working.

You need to use - "PTC Creo 12 - Schools Edition - Quick Installation Guide": https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo_schools_standard.pdf
