Question
License Flush
WF4 + whatever version of FlexLM (or whatever it's called now) that
comes with Creo 1.0.
I had WF4 lock up my machine so bad that no programs were working and I
couldn't even ctrl-alt-del to get task manager to come up so I could
kill it. So, I forced the reboot of the machine via the power switch.
Now, the license server thinks I have our only Flex3C license and won't
let go of it. I've run a PTC status to get the feature, server, port
and handle and then tried to run ptcflush [feature] [license server]
[port] [handle] to free the license, but I get this message:
lmremove: You are not a license administrator. (-63,199)
I then tried launching command prompt as administrator and got the same
message. We've tried to log into the server itself to flush it but that
hasn't worked either. How can I free this license?
Thanks,
