License for new MAC address

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) 3.0 M140

We recently changed workstation and needing new license for that MAC address, thanks.

If you are under maintenance, you can move a license from the web tools for licensing.

If no maintenance, contact your VAR or PTC directly.

    Yes, we are under maintenance.
    So, should I have to move it from that computer? I ask because I have other workstation running older version but having a perpetual license,
