license manager advanced install disallowed

I am attempting to install the license manager on a new server using the Creo Parametric 3 disc.
However, only the simple install option is available (enter a SON).
I already have the license file and want to use the advanced install, but that option is greyed out.

Anyone know how to deal with this?

P.S. Is the installer trying to phone home to ptc.com?
This license server is not Internet connected.

Server is Windows 2008 Server R2 x64.
