License request failure

I just downloaded the student version of PTC. I only need access to Creo Parametric 3.0, but this error message comes up every time I open the program. Any help would be appreciated.ptc.PNG

what l got on my mind:

1) Verifiy:  "locked to: D0-17-C2-24-6D-85" is correct... use command row and write "ipconfig /all" ...

2) "licence file does not support this version" ... is your licence.dat really student version?

Hi,

version 33.0 reported in error message means, that the license file does not enable you to run Creo 3.0. Version 33.0 = Creo 2.0 license file.

To be able to launch Creo Parametric 3.0, you need license version 34.0.
