License Request Failure on Startup

We have a number of users encountering an issue on startup. Whenever we turn on a PC and open an instance of Creo 11.0.4.0, we get an error with the heading "License Warning" and the message "License request failed for feature". (see attached image)
Our current workaround is going to Windows Services and restarting "lmadmin_ptc". This has to be done every time after a computer is restarted or shut down.
I've tried reconfiguring the licenses and reinstalling the license server, but haven't found a fix for this. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to not have this extra step every time we run Creo after a shutdown.
