license transfer

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM190

license transfer
Old network card address：6C-62-6D-00-2E-37
transfer content：Creo parametric *1
New network card address：00-BE-43-BB-EA-2E

Unfortunately the public community cannot help you with this.  You will need to open a case with tech support.  Make sure you pick 'License Management' as the area you need help with.
