LMTOOLS Hyper-V

I have LMtools running on a Windows 2008 R2 server and it has been running fine. I then created 3 Hyper-V machines on the same server. After rebooting the machine LMtools is picking up the MAC address of all the Hyper-V machines along with the physical NIC. Since LMtools is seeing all 4 MAC addresses it no longer matches the license file so the server fails. How do I get LMtools to only see the physical NIC MAC address? Thanks
