Maintenance costs

Hello,

I'm curious about what other companies are paying for maintenance. We have 18 licenses of Creo and 36 of PDMLink and our maintenance costs have increased almost 16% just in the last 2 years. Has anyone else been faced with this kind of escalation?

Don't really want to cause a lot of flaming, just curious. All replies with any hard numbers will be kept strictly confidential.
