Mandatory Values error message

I am currently trying to install Creo parametric Education program, however during install at the license identification stage when i input my product code it highlights an error message stating "please provide mandatory values"

Any help would be appreciated with this cheers

When hovering over the error message it says "Please provide mandatory values"

Hi,

maybe installation assistant is not able to recognize network card in your PC.

Open Command prompt window and run following command

ipconfig  /all  > ip.txt

and publish the contents of ip.txt file. I can check information for you.
