Missing piping information

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.3.0

We use the Pipeline Info (Report) function to get pipe lengths, pipe bends and rotation information for manufacturing. This seems to not work in Creo 10.0.3.0. The only information I can get is the full pipe length. This is very critical to our business.
