Missing Right-Click Menu

Okay, this is a weird one... I have a user who cannot get the right-click menu to appear when using the Reference Viewer object tree. An image is attached to better explain this.
It only happens on her system - others with the same make/model/video/driver do not have this problem.
I've changed graphics drivers, removed config.pro & config.win, updated ProE build, run w/out data mgr - all without success. Opened a call w/PTC and they are stumped.
This is on a Dell Precision T5500 w/Nvidia Quadro FX 580 and ProE Wildfire 4 build M220.
Any thoughts?
