ModelCHECK Teacher funtion is not working in Creo Parametric 8 and 9.

I'm curious if the ModelCHECK Teacher function is working in current versions of Creo Parametric (8 and 9).    If so, is anyone willing to share some success stories with the tool?   I was thinking about using the Teacher function by customizing the web pages to point to internal command media and relevant training resources.   But I'm having a hard time even confirming the tool is working in the stock configuration.  Its possible we have an option miss configured.

If I click on the error notification, ModelCheck appears to try to open an information pane, but its just a blank box with an "X"
