modify ribbon menu icon size

I have a brand new computer to run Creo 3.0.  It has a crazy 4k hi def video card and a 4k hi def monitor. In order to prevent windows 10 video settings from interfering with my awesome video card, I had to disable display scaling in Creo (see properties, compatability). Problem is the windows setting for the 4k high pixels resolution makes the icons in Creo super small. is there a way to set icon size/resolution in Creo to be independent of what it is set to in windows??

    Small icon/buttons.

    Changing resolution is global issue. So you can only change resolution of whole windows. I do not know about any resolution setting in Creo.
