Mouse Wheel in Creo 3 and Windows 10 Pro

I have a very simple problem, but I can't figure it out. My workstation was upgraded to windows 10 pro. Everything in Creo3 working fine, except I no longer have zoom with the mouse wheel. I reloaded the Logitech software, no change. The wheel works everywhere else in Creo, just not for zooming. Any ideas?

On my Workstation it was Start, Settings, Devices, Mouse & Touchpad, then turn off the scroll inactive windows, but it worked fantastic! Thank you for solving the problem so quickly. Now I can get back to designing, with zoom.
