Move Creo 3.0 M180 from a PC to another PC

Hello everyone, I have a customer with Creo 3.0 M180 licensed until 2017.

He is using it in consultation only.

Now he needs to move it to another windows pc...is it possible to do it? can i migrate the license key from pc to other pc?
