"MS Printer Manager" option missing

We've recently noticed that Pro/E's Print dialogue box no longer has the option to select "MS Printer Manager", when we use our normal department config. It's still there when using a different company config; as we only use it infrequently, it's hard to say exactly when it vanished and what had just changed.

Can anyone give any pointers as to what may be missing (or needing to be deleted) from our config?

WF4 M160, Win XP 64.

Thanks!

Jonathan,

in clean ProE installation, "MS Printer Manager" item corresponds with ProE\text\plot_config\ms_print_mgr.pcf file. So check the existence of this file.

Thanks - I found that file on one of the network installs, and copied it to our PCF directory.

Not sure why it stopped working - I don't think we've deleted it, but perhaps it was finding the file in another location...
