Multiple Part Filter in Model Tree

In Creo Parametric, is there a way to search/filter the model tree for a list of part numbers at once instead of searching for part numbers one at a time? 

In Creo View there is a "Multiple Search Values" option where you can search for a list of part numbers at once.

In Windchill there is "OR" Boolean logic that uses a semicolon ";" to allow the search of multiple part numbers.
